Getting help
Email [email protected] and include:
- Your device model and OS version (e.g., iPhone 15, iOS 18.2)
- The app version (shown at the bottom of the parent settings screen)
- What you did, what you expected, and what happened instead
- A screenshot or screen recording if you have one
We aim to reply within a few days. Harpaboo has no accounts, so we never need (and will never ask for) a password or any personal information about your child.
Frequently asked questions
Is my child's data private? Yes — the app has no servers, accounts, ads, or analytics. Everything stays on your device. See the privacy policy at harpaboo.com/privacy.
I forgot the parental-gate PIN. Delete and reinstall the app to reset it. This removes app data on that device, so check your device backup options first.
Does the game tell my child what's safe to eat? No. The game only ever practices recognizing "your safe foods" and teaches checking with an adult when unsure. See harpaboo.com/medical-disclaimer.
